Reporting infringing content

KALLED.IT respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content posted on the service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to kalleditappteam@gmail.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL of the infringing prediction or comment.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. We may reinstate the content if no court action is filed within 10 business days.

Repeat infringers

Accounts found to be repeat infringers will be terminated.

For non-copyright issues (harassment, illegal content, impersonation), use the in-app Report button or email kalleditappteam@gmail.com.
